COVID-19 impacts


    JustSaiyan Gear is manufacturing as normal and producing gear within our usual 20-25 business timeframe.


    Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we are unable to guarantee our normal shipping time frame for DHL Express and DHL Post. This is due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online. Please give DHL more time to deliver and only email us, if your order is two weeks over the normal shipping time frame.


    All Shipping to Europe can only be shipped by FEDEX <- check the links for their specific updates.


    DHL POST Service has been temporarily suspended to many parts of the world due to DHL removing the service.


    Delivery to military address has also been temporarily suspended, so we will require a physical residential address.


    Shipping methods may change day to day however service level should not.


    With impacted delivery routes where CV policy is a "no contact" delivery drop off - no signature is required. If you do not receive your parcel but it is marked as delivered by the shipping company we will open an investigation. If we are unable to claim due to this policy we will only be able to reward you with a 50% off code for the same Items you purchased, to re order.


    Which countries do you ship to?

    We ship all over the world so please place a TEST ORDER on our website to check if we are able to ship to your country. However, extra shipping costs may apply if you live in areas that are difficult to ship to.


    How much will it cost to ship my order? And how long will it take to arrive?


    All orders are handmade to order out of the freshest Italian fabrics, meaning you get the most amazing gear you will have ever own.

    It currently takes us around 20-25 business days for us to hand make your gear before shipping.


    DHL Express / FedEx Delivery *Recommended

    • Fastest and most reliable delivery possible
    • Receive your delivery between 3-5 business days with detailed parcel tracking to know exactly when it will be delivered
    • Delivery times are estimated by DHL/ FedEx. Justsaiyan does not warrant products will be delivered within the estimated delivery time and disclaims any liability for any inconvenience due to late delivery.


    DHL Post Delivery

    • Receive your delivery between 14-21 business days with parcel tracking from us to your country
    • Once your parcel arrives in your country, it is entered into your countries postal system, and they will make final delivery. Most countries, recognise international tracking codes, but some don't
    • Delivery times are estimated by DHL. Justsaiyan does not warrant products will be delivered within the estimated delivery time and disclaims any liability for any inconvenience due to late delivery
    • A signature is not required Postal authorities may leave on the doorstep or letterbox. Sometimes, a missed delivery card may be left for you to contact your local post office
    • If lost or damaged by the shipper, Justsaiyan will not replace, or provide a refund. If you would like a more secure service that provides insurance in these situations, please select DHL Express.
    NOTE: We can only ship to Hawaii and Alaska with DHL express / FEDEX . We are unable to utilise DHL Post service due to changes related to Covid-19.


    Please note:

    • All customers are responsible for covering taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
    • If taxes and/or duties are refused by the customer, the parcel may be destroyed or returned to us. If we receive your parcel back, we will contact you to let you know, and discuss shipping costs to redeliver.
    • Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
    • Once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details. We recommend contacting DHL/ FedEx directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order before contacting JustSaiyan.
    • It is the customers responsibility to keep an eye on their tracking. If the tracking says the parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it. Please contact DHL/ FedEx or your local Post Office within 5 business days to discuss next steps with them.




    A replacement will only be issued if your item is faulty or incorrect. We require an email with your order number and clear pictures of the faulty or incorrect item. The items need to be unworn (tried on is alright).


    We do not provide refunds or exchanges for the following:

    · You brought the wrong size. Please refer to the size guides on our website or please email us at hello@justsaiyan.co if you are unsure of the correct size.

    · You just changed your mind

    · You found the product cheaper on another store **

    · You don't like it

    Note we no longer offer returns for USA customers.


    What if my item/s are damaged in the shipping process?

    From time to time, a parcel may be damaged (as well as the item inside the package) in the shipping process.


    Please contact DHL/ FedEx or your local Post Office within 5 business days to discuss next steps with them. They may require pictures of the damaged items and shipping bag.
