As we move through this next chapter of the JustSaiyan legacy, we are deeply grateful for the support shown during our transition period. The response to our recent sale was overwhelming, and your passion continues to inspire us every step of the way.

We are currently completing the fulfilment of remaining legacy inventory, crafted with the same pride, precision, and power that defined our journey from day one.

🛑 Order Cutoff for Legacy Inventory

Orders for legacy items were accepted until March 17, 2025.

Online purchasing is currently paused while we complete this transition.

🧵 Production Timeline

Due to high demand during our transition, production and fulfilment timelines are extended to approximately 7 weeks (35 working days).

Every item is handmade to order, and we appreciate your patience while our team completes remaining legacy stock.

🚛 Shipping Methods

We offer two secure, tracked shipping options:

1. EXPRESS Shipping: 3–5 Business Days

• Delivered via FedEx or DHL
• Includes detailed tracking and premium parcel insurance
• Fastest method once production is complete

2. ECONOMY Shipping: 14–21 Business Days

• Delivered via local postal service depending on location
• Includes standard tracking and insurance

Note: Shipping timeframes begin after production is complete. Tracking will be emailed upon dispatch.

🌍 Shipping Details

• Global Shipping: We ship worldwide. If your country didn’t appear at checkout before March 17, please contact us at hello@justsaiyan.co for support.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your selected method and destination.
• Insurance Levels: EXPRESS includes the highest insurance; ECONOMY includes basic coverage.

🛃 Import Duties & Customs (Applies to All International Orders)

All international shipments — including to the United States, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and beyond — may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and courier brokerage fees depending on your country’s regulations.

• These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
• Fees are determined by your government and/or courier service and vary by country.\
• JustSaiyan Gear does not collect or control these charges.

🇺🇸 U.S. Customers (IMPORTANT)

As of April 9, 2025, the U.S. government has introduced new tariffs on apparel imported from China, which may affect your order.

• If you are in the U.S., you may now be charged additional import fees before your parcel is delivered by the courier (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx)
• These fees are separate from your order and must be paid to receive your package.

⚠️ Orders refused or returned due to unpaid import fees will not be refunded or reshipped.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority to understand any import duties that may apply to your order before purchase.

📦 Delivery & Parcel Guidelines

• Delivery Times: We work closely with shipping partners, but local customs and courier operations can affect delivery speed.
• Tracking Info: You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring parcel progress.
• Marked Delivered But Not Received: Contact your courier within 5 business days if your parcel shows as delivered but is missing.
• Lost or Damaged Orders: Email hello@justsaiyan.co — we’ll help open a claim with the shipping provider.
• Incorrect Address Disclaimer: If your order was placed with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we cannot issue refunds or reship your order.

🔁 Exchanges & Returns

Because our store has officially closed, we are no longer accepting returns, exchanges, or reshipments.

All sales are final. Please ensure all sizing and item selections were correct before checkout.

❗ Final Sale Fulfillment Assurance

All orders placed before March 17, 2025 will be fulfilled.

We are committed to completing every item with the quality and care that made JustSaiyan Gear iconic.

This marks the final stage of our legacy production era. No additional items are currently planned as we move through this transition phase.
